What You Will Learn

Course Description:

In this hands-on 2-day course, you’ll gain practical skills in methods and tools essential for business analysis within an agile environment. You’ll discover how business analysis drives value across every stage of the development process, helping your team deliver better products, faster.

In Agile projects, the product and collaboration are key focuses. This demands a flexible, exploratory approach to development, allowing you to continuously refine solutions based on evolving needs and the search for the most effective outcome.

Adopting an Agile approach can be challenging if the project is driven by traditional methods. That’s why it’s critical for team and project members to integrate Agile techniques within those constraints—unlocking new possibilities for both the team and the project.

Topics Covered:

  • Important aspects in Agile that affect business analysis
  • A process for design and innovation
  •  Useful methods such as customer/user journey map, value proposition canvas, impact mapping, and design sprint
  • Traceability and documentation

  • Establish a strong connection from business strategy to product development
