Terms and conditions

The following describes the terms and conditions when buying services from:

1. Parties

The agreement is between the Buyer (the person, company or organisation who purchases a service) and and the Company (Safe Journey P/S).

2. Supplied Information

The Buyer warrents that the information supplied are correct and sufficient for delivering the purchased service and maintaining direct communication from start to finish of the delivery of the service. The Buyer consents to the Company’s handling of personal data according to the Cookie and Privacy Policy.

When taking a certification course supplied in collaboration with one of the Company’s partners, you give Safe Journey P/S permission to share the following personal information with the relevant partner company:

  • First and last name
  • Name on certificate
  • Email address
  • Company/organisation

3. Purchase

The purchase is considered valid and binding when the Buyer receives the order confirmation.

4. Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret) & Cancellation

The Buyer has the right to withdraw (fortryde) from this purchase agreement within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. The Buyer must notify the Company about the wish to withdraw in writing (email or letter). It is not sufficient for the Buyer to refrain from receiving the service.

If the Buyer wants the Company to start the delivery of the service within the 2-week period after the purchase the Buyer agrees to waive the normal cancellation right.

Public Training Courses

The Company offers an extension of the right to withdraw for public training courses.

In case of withdrawal by the Buyer with more than 10 working days notice the Company will refund the full course fee. In case of fewer days notice the course fee will not be refunded but the Buyer can move the registration to a future course.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the course with 5 working days notice if fewer than the minimum number of participants have registered and paid. In this case the Buyer can sign up for the same course on another date or get a full refund of the course fee.

5. Delivery

The services will be delivered at the location specified in the product description.

In case the delivery location is at the Buyer’s location specific terms and conditions may apply. These terms and conditions are specified in the product description.

The company reserves the right to change the delivery location at any point in time up to the completion of the delivery of the full service. The new location will be within a reasonable distance from the original location with similar means of transportation available.

The Company reserves the right to postpone the delivery of a service in case of illness or unforeseen events that prevents the Company from delivering the service in a manner which is safe and reasonable. The Company will notify the Buyer as soon as it clear that the service cannot be delivered under the given circumstances.

6. prices

All listed prices are excluding Danish VAT (moms). Danish VAT will automatically be added to all online purchases.

Prices may change over time. The valid price is the price indicated at the time of purchase. To obtain a discount, like Early Bird, the purchase must be completed before the listed expiry date of the discount.

Only one discount can be applied unless clearly stated otherwise on the offered discount.

For training courses the price includes catering during the course, but excludes breakfast, dinner, accommodation and transportation to the venue unless clearly stated in the course description.

7. payment & Invoicing

All services will be invoiced shortly after completing the purchase.

In case of payment by credit card, your payment will be executed by our payment service provider Reepay using their discrete secure infrastructure. Reepay reserves the right to decline the processing of payments in cases of suspected fraud or other irregularity.

In case an invoice needs to be re-issued because of the Buyer supplying incorrect or insufficient information a re-issue fee of 500 DKK will be added.

The payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoicing except for training courses. For training courses the full amount must be paid and registered on the Company’s account before the start of the training course. The Company reserves the right to decline participation if the course fee is not received in advance.

In case of late payment statutory interests (morarenter) and a late payment fee of 300 DKK will be added to subsequent invoices.

8. Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the Buyer:

  • in case of a cancellation or postponement of the delivery of a service for the reasons stated above
  • in all cases if the loss is due to the Buyer’s actions or negligence
  • in case of events which are outside of the control of the Company such as work conflicts (e.g., strikes, lockouts), fire, constraints imposed by relevant authorities or governments, war and the like

9. Complaints

In case the delivered service did not meet expectations please contact the Company immediately.
