In 3 coaching sessions we help you improve and reach your goals. We combine various methods to suit your situation and needs such as:

• One-on-one sparring
• On-the-job observation and feedback
• Coaching

Essential coaching is perfect in many situations, for example:

• You want to improve as a Scrum Master so you can help your team grow and perform better.
• You have struggled with some challenges for a while and have not found a good way to overcome them. Maybe you feel stuck or that you have tried all options.
• You want to improve specific competencies. It could be role-specific competencies or general competencies, for example conflict management.

Coaching Sessions

We focus on you and your challenges. Therefore each coaching session is tailored to your needs. 

The coaching can either take place online, on your location or at Safe Journey’s office. If the coaching is taking place at your company and your company is located more than 5 km from Safe Journey’s office an extra fee will be charged to cover transportation time and costs for the coach. The fee is agreed in advance.
