Prerequisites 
This is an advanced level certification. Participants should be familiar with SAFe practice Consultant and SAFe Practitioner (SAFe for Teams).

Trainer​

Thomas Hansen is an experienced trainer with an impressive background in agile transformation, delivery and people management. With 16 years of expertise in agile transformation and delivery, as well as an additional 10 years of experience in people management, Thomas has an in-depth understanding of both technical and people aspects of product development and business operations.

His extensive experience spans several industries, including telecom, finance, pharmaceuticals, and the consulting industry. This gives him a broad perspective and an ability to adapt his teaching methods and examples to different domains and challenges.

With Thomas as a trainer, you can expect an engaging and skilled professional who can deliver valuable knowledge and insight to the course participants, both based on theory and practical experience from a number of different industries.

Mette Bruhn-Pedersen is an experienced Agile transformation leader and SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC). She helps clients define and organise around value streams and build high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Agile teams. Although her role is often agile coach she has gained hands-on experience as a SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Solution Train Engineer (STE) (coordination between multiple ARTs) while coaching and mentoring people to step into the role.

In addition, Mette has several years of experience in software testing, having worked as a tester, test manager, and test leader in both classic and agile environments.

Mette is also a certified Agility Health® Facilitator Trainer.
