Agility Health Facilitator (AHF)

training and certification course

Introduction

The Agility Health Facilitator training equips leaders, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and change agents with the skills to guide teams through the TeamHealth Retrospective and drive meaningful, measurable growth. This course is designed for individuals passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enabling teams to reach higher levels of maturity and performance.

Team growth supported by Agility Insights can help overcome challenges such as:

1️⃣ Lack of shared vision and unclear goals — Teams struggle when they do not understand how their work aligns with business outcomes or when priorities constantly shift. This misalignment leads to wasted effort and confusion about what success looks like.

2️⃣ Unrealistic workload and poor predictability — Teams often face pressure to deliver too much too fast, leading to overcommitment, frequent context switching, and missed deadlines. This erodes trust and makes delivery unpredictable.

3️⃣ Insufficient support from leaders to remove organisational impediments — When leaders fail to act on systemic blockers raised by teams, it discourages transparency and leaves teams powerless to address issues beyond their control.

4️⃣ Low psychological safety and poor collaboration — If team members do not feel safe to raise concerns, challenge ideas, or admit mistakes, they tend to avoid conflict. A lack of trust undermines team cohesion, innovation and productivity.

5️⃣ Weak technical practices and lack of Agile fundamentals — Without a strong foundation in practices like automated testing, iterative planning, and backlog refinement, teams struggle to maintain a sustainable pace and quality in delivery.
